With holiday mini sessions, you will receive unique and creative images without the necessary planning required for full/standard photographic sessions, allowing for significant cost savings.

They are designed to be budget and time friendly--perfect for families with little ones, couples, or anyone who simply wants to share the magic of the season.

Time doesn't stand still, but you can capture the moments as if it did! Shall we?!

MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 30 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Sophie Kawalek.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
